HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 81-91 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, the developer of Gulf Terrace Subdivision Blocks 41,42, and 43, the same being Landis Street west of Shelby beginning at Lot 1, Blk. 41 and extending westward approximately 2115 ft. to its dead end at Lot 13, Blk. 42, Lots 18-21, Blk. 42; Lots 1-13, Blk. 42 and Lots 18-34, Blk. 43 has completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements; and, WHEREAS the developer of said addition desires to have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and, WHEREAS, the Directors of the Public Works and Water Utilities Departments recommend that said improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements in the Gulf Terrace Subidivion, as above described be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the City.
