BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into a maintenance agreement with IBM Corporation for continued
maintenance on the process control computer at Water Reclamation
for $6,630.00 for a period from September 30, 1980 to October 1,
1981 . All actions of the city under this agreement prior to
March 10 , 1981, are hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
