BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant to
Gulf States Utilities Company a 300 ' by 10 ' wide easement along
the north line of Rogers Park for the overhanging facilities to
serve the adjacent R. C. Miller Memorial Library.
