BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with Houston Elevator Service of Houston, Texas for
$6,120.00 to maintain elevators in city-owned buildings .
