R E S 0 L U T I0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing and
installing four (4 ) galvanized farm gates for the Public Works and
Engineering Department; and,
WHEREAS, Hagan Fence Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $850.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Hagan Fence Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid received from Hagan Fence Company is hereby accepted
by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized
to execute a contract with Hagan Fence Company in the amount of
$850.00 for installation of four galvanized farm gates on Levee
Road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
