R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing softballs
for the Parks and Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Bruce Wiggins Sport Shop submitted the
following bid:
90 doz . Restricted Flight Softballs - $3,600.00
12 doz . Day-Night Softballs - 480.00
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Bruce Wiggins Sport Shop should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Bruce Wiggins Sport Shop in the amount of
$4,080.00 be, and is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same
upon acceptable delivery .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
