R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing tractor
attachments for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Oil City Tractors , Inc. submitted the following
bid:
One (1) Backhoe - $5,0141 .00 -
One (1) Loader - 3,675 .00
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Oil City Tractors, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Oil City Tractors, Inc. in the amount of
$8,716 .00 b e accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery .
