WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont entered into a contract
with Gary Clark Contractors, Inc. for construction of the
Animal Shelter; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Animal Shelter project is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is hereby, authorized to make final payment in
the amount of $29,528.10 to Gary Clark Contractors, Inc. for
construction of the Animal Shelter.
