WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing a 750 GPM
flusher for the Street Department; and,
WHEREAS, R. B. Everett and Company submitted a bid in
the amount of $17,814 .00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by R. B. Everett and Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of R. B. Everett and Company is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
make payment for same upon acceptable delivery .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
