BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a contract with Wilbur Smith and Associates to update the
financial feasibility portion of the 1979 Civic Center Parking
Program for use in the sale of parking facility revenue bonds in
an amount not to exceed $5,000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
