R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a lease agreement with the Young Men' s Business League for
occupancy of the YM BL Building for a period of five (5 ) years at a
monthly rental rate of $400.00, and with the YMBL agreeing to pay
the costs of maintenance and utilities including installation of
an electric sub-meter.
