BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an architectural agreement with Milton Bell, AIA for professional
services at the Beaumont Community Health Clinic in an amount not
to exceed $2,500.
