WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1)
36 ft. bucket truck for Parks and Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford, Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of $33,818 .65; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Kinsel Ford, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Kinsel Ford, Inc. in the amount of $33,818 .65 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable delivery .
