WHEREAS, on December 16 , 1980, the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with E. R. DuPuis Concrete Company, Inc.
for the construction of concrete sidewalks at the Health
Department; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make
final payment in the amount of $5,928.00 to E. R. DuPuis Concrete
Company, Inc. for the construction of concrete sidewalks at the
Health Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
