BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
Gulf States Utilities Company $1,618 .46 for underground primary
services to the Tyrrell Park shelters and restroom facilities .
