R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1)
riding mower for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Oil City Tractors , Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of $1,295.70; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Oil City Tractors, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Oil City Tractors , Inc. in the amount of
$1,295.70 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery.
