BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a lease/purchase agreement with Cenval Leasing Company for
60-month financing on various fleet equipment at an annual
interest cost not to exceed 9 .57 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
