A R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont for itself and as trustee
for the Beaumont Independent School District and the State of Texas,
County of Jefferson, acquired properties located within its taxing
jurisdiction resulting from delinquent tax suit sales in accordance
with Article 7345b, V.A.T.S. , and advertised for public invitation
for sealed bids to sell these properties and desires to accept the
following highest bids for the hereinbelow listed properties:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, for and on
behalf of the City of Beaumont, to execute Deeds Without Warranty on
the following properties, to the following parties, in the following
amounts, conveying all right, title and interest held by the City of
Beaumont to these properties as follows, to-wit:
Tract 27, Plat H, D. Brown Survey
Vacant property in 1100 Block of Grant Street
Bid - $100.00
Eunice A. Bias
Tract 43 out of Tract 6, Plat D-11, A. Williams Survey
Located in 2100 Block of Caldwell
Bid - $200.00
Ruby Nell Petry
