WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1) set
of rescue tools for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Texas Fire Fighters Equipment Company of New
Braunfels submitted a bid in the amount of $6,488 .40; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Texas Fire Fighters Equipment Company should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Texas Fire Fighters Equipment Company in the
amount of $6,488.40 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery .
nPASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
