R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute an agreement with Prime Computer, Inc. for furnishing
software, hardware and maintenance for a shared logic word
processing system. Cost of the lease/purchase for first year
shall be $1,094.60 per month and second year will be $1,374.60
per month.
