R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
Kinsel Ford, Inc. for the purchase and installation of an engine
for a front loading sanitation truck . This purchase is an
emergency in that this refuse truck is necessary for orderly and
timely collection of garbage.
