WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1)
loader with backhoe and grapple attachment for the Street
Department; and,
WHEREAS, International Harvester, Co. of Beaumont
submitted a bid in the amount of $25,324.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by International Harvester, Co. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of International Harvester, Co. in the amount of
$25,324.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery .
