R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing four (4 )
rain gauges for the City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, Texas Electronics Company submitted a bid in
the amount of $1,104.00 each; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Texas Electronics Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Texas Electronics Company is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute an agreement in the amount of $4,416 .00 with Drainage
District No . 6 for the purchase of four (4 ) rain gauges.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
