R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with Mr. Tom Kojak, Developer for the participation
in the cost of an oversize storm sewer for the Mapes Street
Improvements Project in the Gulf Terrace Addition.
