R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into a one (1) year extension of the existing contract to purchase
unleaded, regular and premium gasoline and #2 diesel from Gulf Oil
Corporation at the D.O.E . regulated rates .
