R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City desires to bring the Dionne Warwick
Show to the Civic Center; and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to contract with Jennifer
Productions, Inc. to provide the Dionne Warwick Show;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a contract with Jennifer Productions, Inc. and take other actions
necessary to provide the Dionne Warwick Show to the City of
Beaumont for the Beaumont Civic Center.
