BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase
from Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway Company, a tract of
land of 0.195 of an acre of land out of the Noah Tevis Survey to
be acquired for $6,900.00 for the Riverfront Park.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
