R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase
a set of drum lagins for the Grant Street project from Bado
Equipment Company for $2,255 .00 plus frieght.
The purchase is an emergency as it is necessary to
complete needed drainage improvements on Grant Street.
