R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the Westgate
Participation Project - Dowlen West, Unit XX; and,
. WHEREAS, E. R. DuPuis Concrete Company, Inc. submitted a
bid in the amount of $24,701 .20; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by E. R. DuPuis Concrete Company , Inc. should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of E. R. DuPuis Concrete Company, Inc. is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute a contract with E . R. Dupuis Concrete
Company, Inc. in the amount of $24,701 .20 for the Westgate
Participation Project - Dowlen West, Unit XX.
