WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of a parcel of land to be used as a site for Fire Station
No . 13;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel is hereby authorized:
Tract 1 out of Tract 49, City Plat RS-4,
W. B. Dyches (located at 8250 Voth Road) ,
containing approximately 0 .599 acres of
land, for the appraised value of $45,000.00
(whole taking) .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
