R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for two (2 ) 6 ft. "bush hog
cutters" for the Code Enforcement Department; and,
WHEREAS, Audilet Tractor Sales, Inc. submitted a bid in
the amount of $1 ,147-50 each; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Audilet Tractor Sales, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Audilet Tractor Sales, Inc. in the amount of
$1,147.50 each be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery .
