ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 55' WIDE STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED IN AN UNDEVELOPED PORTION OF
BEVERLYAVENUE BETWEEN PARRY AND TRINIDAD IN THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 55'wide street right-of-way located in an undeveloped portion of Beverly Avenue
between Parry and Trinidad in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as
described below and as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby abandoned
subject to the retention of a general utility and drainage easement by the City:
Being a 55'X 274.5'segmentof undeveloped and unopened Beverly Avenue
street right-of-way,said right-of-way lying and extending between the south
right-of-way line of Trinidad Street and the north right-of-way line of Parry
Street at its intersection with the west right-of way line of the aforesaid 55'
wide Beverly Avenue, containing 0.35 acres of land, more or less.
