ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE 20' X 150'
ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY IN BLOCK 41, CALDER ADDITION
IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 20' x 150' alley right-of-way in Block 41, Calder Addition, in the City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as described below and as shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned:
Being the 20' X 150' alley right-of-way lying south of and abutting Lots 2, 3
and 4, Block 41, Calder Addition, and lying north of and abutting Lots 9, 10
and 11, said Block 41, Calder Addition, said 20' X 150' alley-right-of-way
containing 3,000 square feet or 0.068 acres of land, more or less, said alley
right-of-way being situated in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
