ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 16' X 157.72'
PLATTED UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ALONG THE SOUTH
157.72' OF LOT 23, BLOCK 22, DOWLEN WEST ADDITION,
UNIT XII, IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 16' X 157.72' platted utility easement at 710 Brandywine, lying along the south 16'
x 157.72' of Lot 23, Block 22, said addition, containing 0.057 acres of land, more or less,
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby
abandoned.
