ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 5' WIDE
STREET LIGHT EASEMENT LOCATED BETWEEN LOTS 14
AND 15, BLOCK 1, WESTHAVEN TERRACE ADDITION IN
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 5' wide street light easement situated along the north two and a half foot of Lot 15
and the south two and a half foot of Lot 14, Block 1, Westhaven ,Terrace Addition,
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as set forth on the plat recorded in Volume 12, page
20, Map Records of Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is
hereby abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the . ` day of
