BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
Beaumont On The Grow, Inc., in the amount of$25,000 from Community Development
Block Grant funds, to assist with the development of a shelter to house battered women
and children for a period of up to six months.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1998.
