WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two (2) diesel powered cab and
chassis with forty-five (45) cubic yard brush/trash hauling bodies; and,
WHEREAS, Olympic Truck Sales submitted a bid in the amount of $206,419.32;
and;
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Olympic Truck
Sales should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Olympic Truck Sales in the amount of $206,419.32 for the
purchase of two (2) diesel powered cab and chassis with forty-five (45) cubic yard
brush/trash hauling bodies be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the _day
