BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to retain the firm of Butler, Porter,
Gay and Day and the consulting firm of Diversified Utility Consultants, Inc. to provide
professional services to the City in the pending request by Entergy Gulf States to increase
rates within the City limits of the City of Beaumont.
