WHEREAS, bids were received on Monday, December 7, 1998, for providing an
annual contract for mowing city owned developed and vacant property; and,
WHEREAS, Yardboy Lawncare, Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid of$0.0013 per
square foot with a minimum of$15.00 per cutting; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Yardboy
Lawncare, Beaumont, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Yardboy Lawncare, Beaumont, Texas in the amount of$0.0013
per square foot with a minimum of$15.00 per cutting for providing an annual contract for
mowing city owned developed and vacant property be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
