WHEREAS bids were received on Monday, December 7, 1998 for providing an
annual contract for mowing abandoned vacant and developed property in violation of City
ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, Yardboy Lawncare submitted a bid in the amount of $0.0013 per
square foot with a minimum payment of $15.00 for mowing abandoned vacant and
developed property in violation of City ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Yardboy
Lawncare should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Yardboy Lawncare in the amount of$0.0013 per square foot
with a minimum payment of$15.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
