WHEREAS, sealed bids were received December 7, 1998 for providing an annual
contract for mowing vacant privately owned property; and,
WHEREAS, Great Beginnings, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$0.0018 per square foot with a minimum payment of$15.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Great
Beginnings, Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of$0.0018 per square foot with a minimum
payment of$15.00 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Great Beginnings, Beaumont, Texas, for providing an annual
contract for mowing vacant privately owned property in the amount of$$0.0018 per square
foot with a minimum payment of$15.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
