BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to increase Chief
Magistrate Guadalupe Flores' compensation from $200 to $250 for any subsequent
sessions each week.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to increase
Municipal Court Magistrates Theodore Johns' and James McNicholas' compensation from
$200 per court session to $250 per court session. The increases are effective December
23, 1998.
