BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase from the
Houston-Galveston Area Council one (1) Pierce Lance 1,500 gpm fire pumper in the
amount of$316,971.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the L day of
