WHEREAS bids were received on Monday, November 16, 1998 for an annual
contract for grounds maintenance at Tyrrell Park; and,
WHEREAS, Alamo Lawn Service, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount
of$66,800.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Alamo Lawn
Service, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Alamo Lawn Service, Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of
$66,800.00 for an annual contract with the option to renew the contract for one year for
grounds maintenance at Tyrrell Park be accepted by the City of Beaumont. ,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the l� day of
