BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of
sixteen (16) Ford Crown Victorias from Philpott Ford in the amount of$19,798.00 per unit
and one (1) Chevrolet Tahoe from Lawrence Marshall Chev-Olds in the amount of
$26,673.00 through the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program.
