WHEREAS, bids were received on Tuesday, December 1, 1998 for furnishing all
labor, materials, supplies and equipment to repair the exterior walls of the new Municipal
Court Building located at 720 Orleans; and,
WHEREAS, Moore's Waterproofing of Orange, Texas submitted a bid in the
amount of$46,870.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Moore's
Waterproofing, Orange, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Moore's Waterproofing in the amount of $46,870.00 for
furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to repair the exterior walls of the
new Municipal Court Building located at 720 Orleans be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1998.
