WHEREAS, sealed bids were received December 1, 1998 for printing the
Comprehensive Brochure for the Convention and Visitor's Bureau (CVB); and,
WHEREAS, Mid-South Press, Inc., Shreveport, Louisiana, submitted a bid in the
amount of$46,606.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Mid-South
Press, Inc., Shreveport, Louisiana in the amount of$46,606.00 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mid-South Press, Inc., Shreveport, Louisiana, for printing the
Comprehensive Brochure for the Convention and Visitor's Bureau (CVB) in the amount of
$46,606.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the fZlt day of
1998.
