WHEREAS, Don Streety Enterprises, Inc. has donated a ten-foot (10')wide Sanitary
Sewer Easement to the City of Beaumont on property located on the north side of State
Highway 105, a distance of 623.48 feet east of Keith Road, being out of the Daniel Easley
Survey, Abstract 20, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the donation of said easement and is
of the opinion that the donation of said easement of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement donated by Don Streety Enterprises, Inc. is hereby accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the t;g day of
1998.
