WHEREAS, Mrs. Louise Massey Runnels has agreed to donate property for the
Neighborhood Revitalization Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the donation of the following land for the Neighborhood Revitalization Project be and
the same is hereby, accepted:
Lot 28, Block 4 of the Highland Park Addition (370 South Parkway Drive)
Owner: Mrs. Louise Massey Runnels
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
execute a release of lien on the Deed of Trust on the property.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
