WHEREAS, on Monday, August 31 1998, bids were received for a three (3) year
contract for marketing recyclable materials; and,
WHEREAS, Golden Triangle Paper Stock Company, Inc. DBA Gulf Coast Recycling
submitted a bid in the amounts shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Golden Triangle
Paper Stock Company DBA Gulf Coast Recycling should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Golden Triangle Paper Stock Company DBA Gulf Coast
Recycling in the amounts shown above for a period of one (1) year be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
